BILLS PAYMENTS
Club Bills must be paid within 15 days from the date of receipt
of the bills. Nonpayment of bills within the due date amounts to
default, attracting penal actions under the Articles of Association.
Members are also requested to notify the club in writing in case
of any change of address and contact numbers.
Bills are sent at the last recorded address with the club.
 

CAR PARKING
• Members are requested not to park cars inside the Club unless they are on the premises.
• No cars are allowed to be parked inside the Club without a "Club Sticker."
• Chauffeur-driven cars will not be allowed to be parked inside the Club
on Sunday mornings, and on other days after 6 RM. in the Winter Season, i.e. from October to March, and 6.30 P.M. in the Summer Season, i.e. from April to September.
 

CELLULAR PHONES USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Members are once again requested not to use Cellular
Phones in the following areas:

• Billiard Room

• Card Room

• Dining Hall

• Downstairs Main Hall

• Library

• Men's Bar

• Mixed Bar

• Room No.7 / Sreemati

CHILDREN
Children above 8 are permitted only in the Main Hall and Dining Room on
Thursdays after 4 pm and Sundays 11 am to 11 pm.
 

GUESTS REGISTRATION :
It is observed that some members do not register the guests
brought by them into the club. Members' attention is invited to the
Club Bye Laws and Regulations. Members not following the
Club Bye Laws & Regulations shall render themselves liable to disciplinary
actions under the Articles of Association of the Club.

GOKHALE ROAD GATE
Gokhale Road Gate will be strictly used for the entry and exit of the staff
and the vendors. Members along with the guests willing to enter
from Gokhale Road are required to register the name of their guests
at the entry point.
 

DRESS REGULATIONS

• Shorts (except for tennis and in the Men's Dressing Room).

• Kurta with Pyjama of any kind : Not permitted.

• Kurta with Trousers of any kind : Not permitted.

• Shirts with Dhoti : Not permitted.

• Open chappals except with Dhoti : Not permitted

• Shirts should be buttoned up : Otherwise not permitted

• T-Shirts without collar except for tennis: Not permitted.

• Jeans in the evening: Not permitted.

Winter Dress Regulation will be in force from I December.
Gentlemen will be required to wear a Jacket with Tie combination or
the National Dress for entry into Room No. 7 and Main Dining Room
on all evenings and to the Men's Bar and Mixed Bar on Friday evenings only.
Members are requested to abide by the regulations.
 

MEMBERS' OUTSTANDING
Members are requested to settle their bills within 15 days from
the date of receipt of the bills. Members are also requested to
pay exact amount of the Bill stating the Bill No., Date and
Membership No. on the reverse of the cheque.
 

SMART CARD:
All the Bars, Restaurants and Service Outlets have instructions not
to sell any product or provide any service unless the member
produces Smart Card. Full cooperation from members is being sought.
 

SUGGESTIONS & COMPLAINTS:
Members are requested to write down their suggestions and
complaints in the Register provided for the purpose.

VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION ANNUAL
from members towards Staff Fund had been raised from Rs.100 to
Rs.200 from 2008 on the understanding that individual tipping
would stop. It is noted with regret that some members continue to
tip employees. Members are requested to discontinue this
malpractice leading to indiscipline amongst employees.
