BILLS PAYMENTS
Club Bills must be paid within 15 days from the date of receipt
of the bills. Nonpayment of bills within the due date amounts to
default, attracting penal actions under the Articles of Association.
Members are also requested to notify the club in writing in case
of any change of address and contact numbers.
Bills are sent at the last recorded address with the club.
CAR PARKING
• Members are requested not to park cars inside the Club unless
they are on the premises.
• No cars are allowed to be parked inside the Club without a
"Club Sticker."
• Chauffeur-driven cars will not be allowed to be parked inside the
Club
on Sunday mornings, and on other days after 6 RM. in the
Winter Season, i.e. from October to March, and
6.30 P.M. in the Summer Season, i.e. from April to September.
MEMBERS' OUTSTANDING
Members are requested to settle their bills within 15 days from
the date of
receipt of the bills. Members are also requested to
pay exact amount of the
Bill stating the Bill No., Date and
Membership No. on the reverse of the
cheque.
SMART CARD:
All the Bars, Restaurants and Service Outlets have instructions not
to sell any product or provide any service unless the member
produces Smart Card. Full cooperation from members is being sought.
SUGGESTIONS &
COMPLAINTS:
Members are requested to write down their suggestions and
complaints in the Register provided for the purpose.
VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION ANNUAL
from members towards Staff Fund had been raised from Rs.100 to
Rs.200 from 2008 on the understanding that individual tipping
would stop. It is noted with regret that some members continue to
tip employees. Members are requested to discontinue this
malpractice leading to indiscipline amongst employees.
